At ORVEN, we take pride in the quality of our premium fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 7 days to request a return from the date you received your perfume.

• To be eligible for a return, the perfume bottle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (with the box and seal intact).

• Since perfumes are personal care products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been sprayed or opened.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
